Our tailored advisory and facilitation services support organizations in implementing governance frameworks that align with their mission. Booking a session constitutes acceptance of these terms and triggers the obligation to complete all scheduled arrangements.
2.2 Information Products
Downloadable materials such as research guides and templates designed to enhance governance practices at no additional consultation fees.
2.3 Goods
Physical items including branded notebooks, toolkits, and mission-aligned merchandising available through the NoblePolicy shop.
3. Modification of Terms
NoblePolicy reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with notification via the website. Continued use of any service after such changes implies acceptance.
4. Refund Policy
NoblePolicy aims to ensure satisfaction across all offerings. Refund and rescheduling conditions vary by category:
4.1 Governance Services
- Full refund of pre-paid charges is granted when a request is submitted at least 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled start date.
- Requests made between 7 and 13 days before a session allow for credit toward a future session to be completed within six months. To adjust your session schedule, please contact our support team.
- Requests submitted fewer than 7 days before the scheduled date are not eligible for refund due to allocation of expert resources and preparatory commitments.
4.2 Information Products
- Standard digital downloads are eligible for refund within 3 calendar days from purchase, provided content has not been accessed via secure link.
- Customized or commissioned content is not eligible for refund once order confirmation has been issued, as work commences immediately.
4.3 Goods
- Unused or defective merchandise can be replaced or refunded within 14 calendar days of delivery confirmation. Requests require order details and photographic evidence of any defect.
- Personalized items featuring custom logos or markings are not eligible for replacement or refund once production has begun.
5. Procedure for Refund Requests
All requests must be submitted via the Contact Form with your order or booking reference. Processing time is up to 10 business days from receipt. Approved amounts will be credited to the original method of payment. Credits for future services are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
